lack of connectivity
our smarty sim does not connect to the internet reliably, i have tried another dongle and this has made no difference?

To be direct to an agent please type "speak to a person" and you will be put through to someone who can help. As mentioned by Adrian earlier, they are online 7 days a week between 8am-8pm.
