Keeping Number

Question

I transferred my old number to Smarty. However when I call anyone, it shows my new SIM number.&nbsp; None of my contacts know it is me calling as it shows as an unknown number.

06Daisy97&nbsp;This has been covered many times in posts here. It is because your phone 'remembers' the first number assigned to the sim.A quick search in the help pages will lead you to the solution.

Yes they confirmed it had been moved at the beginning of March.

Okay&nbsp;06Daisy97, did you follow the SMARTY advice about switching - as below (from SMARTY help &amp; support):&nbsp;Once you've submitted your PAC, you can continue using your previous SIM until your old provider cancels your services with them, or wait until you receive an email from us to confirm that your transfer has gone through.At that point, pop your SMARTY SIM in, give your device a restart and you should be good to go!&nbsp;
