Need puk code to be able to access my phone

Log in to your dashboard. Scroll down and click on the Contact Us link to go to the Contact Us Web Page
Scroll down to 'How To Get More Help' and there is a button marked 'Start A Webchat' This initiates a webchat with a support agent between 8 AM and 8 PM and they can sort you out with a PUK code
