Ive paid £15 for an add on to recieve calls & texts abroad & it is not showing on my Smarty app

MarkBro_2336721 Have you looked at your Account Dashboard on the web page?If it still does not show, contact Smarty Support via web chat as they can access your account. We are forum members like you and so cannot do that.

Make sure you’re looking in the correct place.

On iPhone anyway, at the top of the app, under “Good Morning”, it will say “Usage”, “Add Ons” and “Handsets”

Choose “Add ons” and you should see the add on you purchased
