Issues With A New Xiaomi REDMI 10
Hi there.
Has anyone had issues with the Xiaomi REDMI 10 2022 phone and a Smarty SIM? We cannot make or receive a phone call whatsoever?

If changing the SIM makes no difference then check the handsets IMEI number(s) and make sure they haven't been blacklisted.
When you say a 'new' Xiaomi, is it brand new or could it be locked to a network?
Your SMARTY SIM might be damaged or faulty - does it work in a different handset MIW25?
Do you have another non-SMARTY SIM card to check the Xiaomi handset's okay?
Chalkychap it's gone to the Xiaomi "recommended" repair centre and they say it's fine? It isn't? 🤷
