Is there a way to contact a human and SPEAK to them with Smarty ?
I need to speak to a human in real time and have a conversation, is this an option with this company ?

JuliaTh_4046658 The way to get assistance from Smarty Support is to start a web chat. Initially a chat bot will deal with the issue, but you can get transferred to an agent for more detailed chat.
There is no direct way to call them. This is the way that they can keep costs down. Other firms that offer customer telephone service will tend to be dearer as this is an expensive function to run.
