Why is the internet so slow I have a full signal 4G
when at work nothing will load .. and also now having this problem at home. Lucky if i will even get to use much of my allowance no wonder its cheap .. get what u pay for 😢

Please keep in mind that SMARTY can't guarantee 100% coverage or a completely fault-free service, as mentioned in our terms and conditions.
You can use our network status checker to see if there are any maintenance or congestion issues, but from what we can tell, everything looks good on our end: Network status checker | SMARTY
It's worth noting that coverage can vary in different areas, and the size and layout of buildings might affect service quality, especially indoors.
Additionally, it could be a device-related issue, so it might be a good idea to try your SIM in another device.

Just because you re not getting a decent signal, that doesn't necessarily apply to the many of us who are happy with what we do get.
