International calling
I have set up my phone to be able to use international calling and bought out of plan credit. I have proved that it works as I have called my sister in Canada. My question is about making calls when I am in Canada. To call back to UK do I use the +44 prefix or simply the normal area code and number? Or when making a local call while in Canada do I use the international prefix?

DaleCha_1995848 To call back to the uk, you need the +44, but I think some phones do it automatically when roaming.
While in Canada, I do not believe that you need the international code, but it will do no harm if you do put it in.
However, it won’t be cheap! Please check the Price Guide and consider whether you can call via WhatsApp on WiFi.

Calling the UK when outside the UK one must replace the leading 0 with +44.
