iMessage not working despite being enabled
Since moving to smarty a few days ago I have been unable to use iMessage on my iPhone. I get a message saying “iMessage needs to be turned on to enable iMessage “ I have checked and it is definitely turned on, I have restarted my phone several times and still getting the same message. Any help available would be appreciated. Is it a problem with three or smarty.

DavidPe_3328037 I think that you may benefit from a Network Reset in your iPhone Settings.
The phone 'remembers' the first number allocated to the sim - especially in iMessage or FaceTime and needs a nudge to reset.

Thanks, just tried that and it’s still not working. It’s only for a couple of individuals who have checked and their iMessage is enabled. The annoying thing is that it won’t send the message as a text either.
