Im a new customer just joined
I cant ring out on my phone its saying my phones not registered

HelenSp_2852797 Check your account dashboard to see if it shows an activated sim and also a current smarty plan.
If it does and still will not work, does your phone show a signal? Check Coverage and Network Status.
If everything should be fine but is not, have a web chat with Smarty Support team who can check your account.
