I have an e-sim on my phone and feel it was a bit of a mistake, can I switch back to a physical sim and will it cause problems. In other words how do I do it? 🤔

AlanSul_1500073​ You don't say why it was a bit of a mistake. It should work exactly the same as a physical sim.
If you want to put your case for a change back to Smarty Support, they may be able to help via web chat The only thing to bear in mind is that everything is eventually moving towards esim and not away from it.
For various reasons I change phones, mainly to use an sd card in the other phone
