I need to order a new sim card
I have to purchase a new mobile phone (previous one no longer working) and i need a new sim card. How do I purchase one
As MSF says, unless your old phone and SIM card are totally knackered and unusable, you simply take the SIM card out if the old phone abd pop it in the new phone

AngelaC_2133923 You have not explained clearly here. Do you want to A)replace the old sim and have the same number or B)do you want to start again with a new sim?

AngelaC_2133923 Forgot to say......can you not remove the sim from old phone and insert in new phone? Or are you saying that old phone totally physically wrecked?
