I need to cancel and get a refund for a SIM card that isn't needed....
I'm within the 14 day cooling off period (SIM card hasn't arrived yet!) but I ordered 1 x SIM card too many and need to cancel that SIM card for a refund.
I've searched the options, but it doesn't give me a way of cancelling, it just says what the process is and no further guidance/option.

Just start a chat with Smarty support and they can arrange a refund.
