I have my iditification code

I put it in and I still have no service

    If you've just received a SMARTY SIM card, it will need to be activated before you get service.

    You can activate a SMARTY SIM online at https://smarty.co.uk/activate.

    Geoffrey_428921  Have you already tried turning the phone off and then back on to try to force the sim to register on the network?
