When you mention "no service," are you unable to make calls, send texts, or use data at all?
It might be a good idea to check the network status checker to see if there's any ongoing maintenance: Network status checker | SMARTY.
Maintenance can sometimes impact network quality, which could be why you're experiencing issues.
