I added credito to my account but the company did not activated it automatic

Hi there. I got a acredit top up at the pay point and the smarty companies did not activated my plan automatically 

Auto-Renew

    TaraIah_1582073  Your plan will auto renew only if you set it to do that in your account and also have the money ready to pay for it (or let Smarty access some form of credit).
