how to get refund?
i cancelled my account and it just renewed taking £16 how to get this back ?

Hi rosswil_3340338 you'll need to make sure auto-renew is switched off in your dashboard to ensure that no further payments are taken. Please get in touch with our customer care team directly via webchat if you're unable to do this/want to check it's off.
