How to contact smarty through email or phone
Yaahreh_2667181 Unfortunately, not much point in posting your personal information here because we are not smarty employees who can investigate; we are customers like you.
Maybe worth mentioning that topping up your account is not the same as buying a Smarty plan, if that is what you were thinking would happen.
You need to web chat with Smarty Support for help.
JulieVa_1491648 If you go to Help>Contact us, then there is a little messenger circle at the bottom right hand corner or else a rectangular clickable box under 'How to get more help'
Thank you. I've now tried that but there is nothing there that helps with my issue. It says if I'm still experiencing issues i shoukd email but i can't find a help centre email anywhere
JulieVa_1491648 I have just been through the process to check. In initially the chat bot answered - I wrote that I wanted an agent. I was asked for my details and then put over to wait for an agent - all within a couple of minutes.
