How long does live chat take
Been waiting over 4 hours to receive a PUK code!

why don't you change my old number yet (email removed by SMARTY)
It looks like you've submitted a STAC code instead of a PAC code.
PAC = Keep your number
STAC = New number, cancel the old one
Please reach out to your old provider and ask them to recover your number as soon as possible.

To ask a question about your account, you need to web chat with Smarty Support.
A. They are probably incredibly busy as people contact them about the outage in service.
B. It's not a 24/7 service.
It's chat, not live chat. No different than sending an email really!
