How do I get the data add on to actually add on to my monthly data?!!
I bought a data add on of 15GB, which is showing in the 'add ons' on my dashboard.
However, under usage, it shows that I have 380.29MB left of 2GB and I can't see how to get the extra data I paid for to boost this. How do I marry the 2 together>???
I use my sim in a wifi dongle which is essential to my work and I'm concerned that I'll lose the ability to take payments on my card reader if the wifi fails.

Vanessa_2118631 I believe that it will kick in when you have finished the data in your Smarty plan. You will not see it added as far as I can recall.
Just a mention that Smarty is for non-commercial use according to the T&C's so perhaps best not to rely on it if you need guaranteed connection.
