How do I get back on???
I have unlimited smarty in UK. Currently I Ireland in my Motorhome with the smarty sim in my onboard router and have hit the 12GB EU fair use barrier. So have bought a 3 day unlimited add on but seem to be locked out of my network. I go through an infinite loop of approval codes. Very frustrating.

Firstly, you need to change the APN in your router to ‘mob.asm.net’ to use Smarty in the EU.
To do this, you will need to open a webpage, which will look like 192.58.2.2 (THAT IS JUST AN EXAMPLE, IT WILL BE DIFFERENT IN PRACTICE)
As for the approval codes, that sounds very much like a router issue , not a smarty issue. You would need to check your routers manual. If you haven’t retained the manual, then contact the manufacturer of your router.
