How do I delete a card - from payment settings?

To get rid of payment info, first switch off auto renew & save changes. Then, turn off "securely store payment details", save changes & exit page. This will remove existing payment details and you'll then be able to enter the card details you want in your account.
Are you doing this process on the app or a computer. As I've tried both ways and it seems to not work so far.
DTyllye_2225432 Usually best on the website on a computer rather than the app which can be a bit cranky at times.
