How do I access my account to turn off auto renew

Login to smarty.co.uk and then click the menu (three lines top right) and clock on account settings and then manage plan and then update auto-renew settings.

Remember this will pause your plan, so no calls,sms,data allowance until you renw and if you don't either renew or pick a new plan within six months your number will be disconnected.
