Ban a caller

As MSF mentioned, you would need to block the caller on your device, but this doesn't stop the caller from dialing from a different number.
In these situations, we would suggest a number change, this is a permanent way to stop the callers from reaching you.
Please be mindful when doing online purchases or subscriptions as these websites may use your number for marketing purposes. This is the most common way for scammers to get your number and make nuisance calls.
