honor 200 lite compatibility?

will post again, not sure where my first post went to

I have an honor 200 lite, for my adaughter.

the smarty sim used to work, seemed to stop in november?

the phone sees it, knows it's smarty, but when it tries to access it, it says no service immediately.

sim works in other phones, and other smarty sim works in it.

smarty support say the phone should be compatible.

any suggestions? perhaps a full phone reset?
