AngelaBr_472635 Firstly, check exactly what Smarty plan you purchased - you can see it on your Account Dashboard.

If you in fact purchased a data only plan, then you won't be able to make calls.

Have you bought and activated a plan ? 

Is it only calls that aren’t working ? Is data working or not ?

What does your account dashboard say ?
