Hi my auto renew payment hasn't gone through for some reason but can't find how to make payment now.

LeanneH_4016153​ If your auto-renew is switched on in your Account Dashboard and your payment method has not expired, then you may be better off having a web chat with Smarty Support to find out what went wrong. I believe that they normally try that method more than once.

Is your Smarty plan still working though?
