Help!. Cant make or receive calls since switching over to smarty

is a **bleep** network it happens to me all the time

Hi switched over last Sunday the dashboard showed current smarty plan and had phone number in the message, network not registered on network comes up on the phone when she tries to make calls

Please Help we have the same problem also cannot log into my wife's dashboard as her outlook will now not open, tried phone off sim out phone on, done a restart, Internet and WhatsApp work, so annoying any advice would be much appreciated 😉 

Decade88  When did you switch over? Does your Account Dashboard show an activated sim plus current Smarty plan?
