has anyone got a solution "for sorry you have not been given access to this service"
I have spent some time with support and still have an issue calling certain numbers, I get a message saying
" sorry you have not been given access to this service"
My partner can phone the numbers concerned from her phone (smarty as well) without issue.
I have a Samsung A51 5g
Any help would be greatly appreciated

This was solved for me for international calls by NOT following the usual format
+39318859XXX
should be +39 0 318859XXX
Then it works!
Totally counter intuitive but good luck to everyone who had this issue with international numbers - ashkaulitzSMARTY Rookie06-11-2025
Did you ever end up fixing this? I have the same issue now. It just randomly happened today. Thanks in advance

TerrySm_2477139 I think we will need a bit more info about those numbers in order to try and help you.
1. Are you dealing from your Contacts?
2. First 5 digits of number?
3. Do you have Add On credit in case these are chargeable numbers?

TerrySm_2477139 One other possibility.......
Some organisations are using 'landline' numbers that are internet based. A number of people have reported problems in connecting to them - I have experienced this too. Usually leaving it a while and trying to again is successful.
My 'theory' is that the call moves from mobile to landline and then to internet and this causes a 'blip' in the connection.
