Group Plans

Hi,

I recently moved over to Smarty as I was interested in their Group Plan.  However, every time I chose the Mix and Match and selecting the two tariffs I wanted, I was taken to a screen displaying “Discover our Plans”.  Having had a Chat with Customer Services I was advised to try Incognito or Private modes, which I already did, with no success. I even tried other browsers and a MacBook and a Windows laptop again with no success. I was finally advised to purchase the SIMS separately and once received, Activate them and then add to a Group Plan.  Surely, if this option is available on the website I should be able to do this without any issues. The end result is instead of getting my 10% off each SIM immediately I am waiting a month for the Group Plan to be activated. Has anyone else had any issues setting up a Group Plan when moving over as a new customer
