group numbers wrongly transfered ported

existing customer bringing three existing numbers (my family) to Smarty, one has gone fine however another has ported to me removing my number and porting my daughters number to me. Help please

    nickadd_2084941  Also, check carefully to see where you requested the port - was it on the correct account dashboard?
