got a new phone and moved my sim - being told that I have activated my sim

I haven't got a new and its been activated for a long time (over a year). but now it is saying this "We noticed you activated your SIM. Do you want to bring your phone number to SMARTY?" Do I need ...

    I think that prompt to let you know about the facility to port in a number from another network is always shown in your dashboard (as you can port in a number at any time). It's nothing to be concerned about and you don't need to do anything.

    Regarding your calling issue, I agree with MSF's advice - you need to check the new phone is compatible with Smarty's VoLTE (4G calling).
