Gift card wrong value
I got my gift card offer yesterday. I was due a £10 gift card along with my partner who I referred. It starts that if we are both on a tariff between £10 and £15 that we would both receive a £10 gift card. I got sent a link to claim a £5 card and my partner did not get any thing at all. Who would I even speak to about this. How can they expect you to make referrals if they don't stand by their side of the deal.
