Getting so many SPAM texts from short codes
It's really concerning that I've been getting so many SPAM texts in my SMS inbox the past 10 days or so.
Just this morning, I've already gotten 6, and it seems like it's getting worse every day!
I'm getting tired of reporting so many things as SPAM everyday and no seeming improvement.
Could I just ask if Smarty is aware of this and what is being done to address this growing problem?

You can report spam call or text officially by texting 37726 or 7726. here are more details on this. https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/2349229-spam-messages-on-your-phone
Philippe_192844 Smarty may be aware of it - we are not employees here.
You could let them know but I'm not sure how they can prevent someone sending texts, spam or not.
If it becomes a major issue for you, you can ask them to allocate a new number to you.
