Get puk and pak codes
- I need a puk and pak codes for my number
jaktalbot1 I see you have private messaged me about this as well. Like I said, you would need to chat to Smarty support about this. I don't work for Smarty, I'm just a customer.

After having screwed my PIN and no access to the phone I came across a 'chat bot' I entered my query in that and relatively quickly got an answer and some help by tech support - a few minutes later I was back to normal. 🙂 Well done Smarty.

jaktalbot1 You can get a PAC by texting the word 'pac' to 65075.
I believe you'll need to start a chat with Smarty support for the PUK code.
You may wish to edit your post to remove your number, as everyone who browses this forum can currently see it.

There is also anAccepted Solution and in addition I gave you a link to the help document with information. We can't do anything else for you I'm afraid.
