Free upgrades
I was on a 30gb data with upgrade to 60gb for £10, thus 12 months is now up but offer is still on. Will I get upgrade

The current offer terms & conditions appear to suggest an existing customer with the 30Gb plan can get this offer by contacting SMARTY using the online web chat:

I suspect that it may not happen automatically, although it could do.
Why not have a web chat with Support team and then you can get something in writing.
