Forgot password
Hello a new user. I forgot my password to sign in and I keep clicking retrieve code via email. All well and good but can't I just change it. It would be easier.

This is actually by design, if you are looking to change your password you would access your account through the link first then you would change your password by doing these steps:
1. Click on "You" down the bottom right of the app screen, or "Menu" on the top right if on web
2. Click on "account settings"
3. Click on "Personal details"
4. Click on "Password" and follow steps to reset password.

Thank you. It worked. I was going mad.
Why not web chat with Support as they will be able to access your account once they have sufficient security checks done?
