This is the advice I found with regards to finding your SMARTY PUK code.....You can get a PUK code for a SMARTY SIM card by contacting SMARTY via web chat or checking the packaging that came with the SIM card.How to get a PUK code from SMARTY- Contact SMARTY via web chat (scroll to the bottom of the page)
https://smarty.co.uk/contact/ - One of their agents will provide you with the PUK code
How to get a PUK code from the packaging- Check the packaging that came with the SIM card
- The PUK code is usually on the back of the packaging
What happens if I enter an incorrect PUK code?You have 10 chances to enter a correct PUK code. After that, your SMARTY SIM will be blocked.How to unblock your device- Enter your PUK code
- Choose a new 4-digit PIN
- You'll be unblocked
