Faulty SIM card

My sim card is not working. I thought it was the phone. Took it to the phone shop and they confirm that the sim card is faulty

    Charles_3352625​ You can order a specific replacement sim via your account dashboard. The old one and your account will be suspended until you activate the new replacement.
