Family Group Switch to Smarty
I recently switched myself and my family to smarty mobile transferring our numbers from a previous provider and setting us all up in a group.
The number transfer completed a week or so ago but I noticed that when my kids or wife text me I recieve their texts on the temporary smarty number we were issued with rather than our transferred number.
I took a look in my "about phone" settings (android) and the sim number listed is the smarty one not my transferred number, I suspect family members will also have the same issue (i've yet to check this out).
Any ideas how we can sort this out?

JasonHu_2816890 Not an expert on Android, but I wonder if a Network Reset will sort that out.
You can check with Smarty Support team via web chat if unsure.
