Is this telling me he has 10.18gb left or less than 2gb left?
If 10gb why the message?

paulchi_1845592 In order to be absolutely certain, you would need to web chat with smarty Support team so that they can check the account.
My interpretation is that he has 10.18Gb left on his monthly Smarty plan - can you not check that from the Account dashboard? - but at the same time has almost used his 12Gb Roaming allowance.
You don't say what plan he has and so it's a bit difficult to be certain.
