EU data, connected no internet
Just paid £7 EU data, showing connected but no Internet. What do I need to do?

After 2 days trying all the welcomed resolutions without success as windows due not have SIM/cellular options... I turned off/on the router and haypresto! Connected! Thank you all though
Have you tried restarting your handset CHRISTI_2692929?
Yes both mobile and laptop restarted still no internet connection
Okay CHRISTI_2692929, you can call and text from your mobile, although data's not working?
