Hi everyone on the smarty community. I’m after some eSIM info from someone who knows their stuff please.
if I request a eSIM on the replace sim section of the dashboard rather than replace my existing sim can I just activate eSIM in my watch instead or does the original SIM card go off line? I’ve tried contacting support and the customer service rep said yeah I can help with that and sent the link to replace SIM card. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi TerryEva_670172 ordering a replacement SIM in the form on an eSIM will be an instant switch. However, please note that SMARTY does not currently support eSIMs in smartwatches so it will not work in your watch.
