esim not supported
6th april i purchased a £20 esim to find out my phone dont support esim i even gave code fo my number to be brought to smarty . i need a actual sim so can someone contact me please

DanielM_4080409 Smarty staff do not appear on this forum - only a couple of moderators - so they will not contact you.
As MitchCh_3745001 says, you can order one via the app; you can also log into your dashboard on the website and order one there under Account Settings > Manage Plan > Manage my sim.
I believe if you log into the smarty app, at the bottom go to the following: You/ Manage Plan/ Replace SIM.
yiu should then be able to swap your smart sim for a physical sim.
