Entering a PAC code to an activated account
Hi, I've been using smarty for a few weeks and decided I want to Xfer my number to it.
Ive got the PAC from my previous provider, but there is no "My Number" option in the app where the instruction...

(I must admit that I cannot see how to do it on the app either 😖)
SMARTY HAS NO HELP LINE OR ANY STAFF AT ALL. THIS IS THE WORST MOBILE NETWORK IN THE UK.
Smaraji_2112862 Smarty is a no-frills network that offers a basic service at a reasonable price. If you need people at the end of a phone, then that puts the costs up.
