My firestick won't play. I do a speed test and have no download ? What can I do

MandyWy_3069734 I will assume you are hotspotting from your phone, or using a 4G/5G router.
Do you have an active plan shown in your app or dashboard?
Does your phone or router show it has connected to the mobile network? Check that your phone or router supports at least 4G, and that it's selected in the settings instead of 3G.
Check that the APN settings are set correctly. It's mob.asm.net
Is your Firestick WiFi showing 'connected without internet'?
