Delete owner

I received a email saying they are deleting my account as the owner ( me ) hasn’t paid for sim .

i set up a group and purchased 3x more sims so I was told to delete them and set up another account using 1 of the sims as the new owner but I cannot delete the 3 sims.

any ideas welcome
