Says online Very good signal. Only getting 3g. Smarty gained £7. Canceled auto renew. I will stick with Giffgaff and Lebara. Witch are 02 and vodafone. Not 3

    JosephStevens5 Sorry that it doesn't seem to have worked out for you. Did you check the Network Status for any temporary local problems?

      No. You said my mass had congestion. I live in a village. Population 229. Nearest town six miles away. We get very good 4g reception on 02 and vodafone. Just annoyed I wasted £7 on your network

        I didn't say your mast had congestion - I don't work for Smarty and so wouldn't know.

        Likewise, you did not 'waste £7 on your network' as it is not mine.
