Please can you tell me why my phone is showing 2gb when my  plan is 12gb

    KarenSu_1958781  Is that the name of the plan, or just the amount of data left?

    If the plan showing is not correct (and also if you paid for a 12Gb plan), then please follow advice from Chalkychap
