Hi just joined Smarty with 50gb data from giffgaff. My data does not work anywhere when I go out where there is no wi fi. Do I have to change a setting. Any help would be great thanks kenny

KennethM_117224 Do you mean that you have purchased a 50Gb Smarty plan when you came across from GG?
Have you checked that your account dashboard shows an active sim and Smarty plan?
@Also, have you looked at Coverage checker and Network Status checker for the area?
